Remove the battery: Firmly pull the battery pack straight up from its base. Keep upright during transport.

Fold the tiller: Loosen the lower bolt/knob at the base of the steering column, then gently fold the tiller down toward the footplate.

Detach the rear section: Lift the central black lever to release the rear wheels and motor assembly from the front frame.

Transport carefully:

• Keep battery upright to prevent damage.

• Avoid bumping or dropping any components.

Reassemble in reverse order, ensuring all parts click securely into place.

The yellow lever at the rear switches between:

• Drive Mode: Lever down — for powered use.

• Freewheel Mode: Lever up — for manually pushing the scooter (e.g., when powered off).

If the scooter beeps continuously and won’t move:

• Power off the scooter.

• Ensure the yellow lever is pushed fully down (Drive Mode).

• Power on and try again.

Use only the supplied dual-voltage off-board charger.

Charging options:

• Via the steering pillar port (while battery is installed).

• Directly on the battery pack (when removed).

Charge after each day of use or when battery is below 50%.

Never charge outdoors or in wet environments.

Releasing the throttle automatically activates the electromagnetic brake.

Use thumb levers gently for smooth acceleration and stopping.

Always power off before getting on or off the scooter.

Do not use in heavy rain, snow, or wet conditions.

Store indoors or in a dry, covered area.

If wet, dry the scooter thoroughly before charging or storage.

Maximum user weight: 147 kg (325 lbs).

Do not exceed this limit — it may damage the scooter or cause injury.

Do not hang heavy bags on the handlebars — it can affect balance.

Only one person at a time — no passengers or children.

Keep fingers clear of folding joints and levers during assembly/disassembly.

Ensure all parts are fully locked before use.

Avoid loose clothing, scarves, or bag straps near wheels or controls.

Always power off the scooter before sitting down or standing up.

Ensure the scooter is on flat, stable ground.

Use armrests for balance — never stand on footplates.

Don’t attempt to mount or dismount while the scooter is moving.

The scooter will stop automatically when the throttle is released.

In an emergency: Remove the key

If the scooter behaves strangely or won’t stop beeping, do not use it — contact support.

Visually inspect for:

• Loose components

• Worn tyres

• Low battery

Ensure all parts are properly assembled and locked before use.

Confirm that the yellow lever is in Drive Mode (down).

Do not use on escalators — always use lifts.

Enter elevators slowly and carefully; reverse if needed.

Be aware of slippery indoor surfaces (e.g. polished hotel floors).
