How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 48–72 hours (longer during peak summer or Christmas) to guarantee availability. Last-minute bookings are often possible — just call or WhatsApp us and we’ll do our best!
How long does the battery last and is it delivered fully charged?
Every scooter arrives 100% charged and ready to go. Our Pride GoGo models give 12–20 km (8–12 miles) on a single charge — plenty for a full day exploring Temple Bar, Phoenix Park or a day-trip. Simply plug in overnight (standard Irish/UK plug provided).
Are the scooters clean and sanitized?
Absolutely — every scooter is deep-cleaned and disinfected with medical-grade products after each rental (including seat, armrests and controls). We follow strict COVID-era protocols that we’ve kept because our customers love the peace of mind.
What happens if something goes wrong or the battery dies while I’m out?
Call or WhatsApp us anytime — we provide 7-day Irish mobile support and can bring a replacement battery or scooter the same day (usually within 1–2 hours in Dublin city).
Can the scooter be used indoors (shops, museums, restaurants)?
Definitely — our compact models turn tightly and are welcome in most shops, museums (Trinity College, EPIC, Guinness Storehouse) and restaurants.
