- Maximum user weight 120 kg (265 lb).
- Both parking brakes on for every transfer in or out.
- Uphill, the person in the chair leans forward. On a steep slope the pusher goes down backwards, using the hand brakes.
- When parked, point the front wheels forwards. The chair is more stable.
- Avoid cobblestones where you can. Cross tram tracks at a right angle so a front wheel can't drop in.
- Not a car seat. Transfer to the vehicle seat and fold the chair for the boot.
- Won't fold: a footplate is still down. Flip both up first.
- Pulls to one side or feels wobbly: a rear wheel isn't fully clicked in. Refit it and tug-test.
- A brake won't hold: the lever should press firmly on the tyre. If it doesn't, message us and don't use it on slopes.
- Anything bent, cracked or loose: stop using it and message us. We'll swap it.
- Fold the chair and fold the backrest down. Wheels can stay on.
- Leave it at reception, or wherever we agreed, with your name on it.
- Message us when it's ready so we know to collect.
