- One person only: never carry passengers.
- Keep it dry. It isn't waterproof, so don't ride in heavy rain or leave it out in the rain.
- Yellow lever in D before anyone sits on it.
- Slow down on slopes and near kerbs. Go straight up or down a slope, never across it.
- On the footpath, go at walking pace and give way to people walking.
- Take the key out whenever you leave the scooter.
- Won't move: is the key on, the yellow lever in D and the charger unplugged? It won't drive while charging.
- Stopped after standing still: it switches itself off after about 20 minutes. Turn the key off and on again.
- Battery gauge in the red: charge it overnight.
- Still nothing: take the battery off, put it back on firmly and try again. Then message us.
- Anything damaged, or a warning light that won't go out: stop using it and message us.
- Leave it in one piece or in its five pieces, whichever is easier.
- Hand back the key and the charger with the scooter.
- Message us when it's ready so we know to collect.
