“Arrived late Friday evening, booked a wheelchair Saturday morning after breaking my leg a week before our trip. It was delivered to the hotel within 2 hours, fantastic service. Great addition to my fancy dress for Peter Kay!”

“David made this a seamless experience right from the time I booked. He kept in contact with me before I arrived, asked if the wheelchair met my needs after I picked it up, and made it seamless for me to leave it with the reception at our departing hotel. The slim sized ultralight wheelchair was perfect for taxis and getting into narrow doorways in Ireland. It was perfect for our trip!”

“Wheelchair was a lifesaver, excellent customer service from David.”

“Unexpectedly, I needed to rent a wheelchair in Dublin for a few days. On short notice, Emerald Rentals was able to deliver one to my hotel before I checked in and pick it up after I had left. “We had a fantastic experience with Emerald Rentals. They dropped a mobility scooter off at our hotel and picked it up from the hotel. The mobility scooter was perfect for getting around Dublin. I would highly recommend this company.”

“I needed to spend a few days in Dublin and didn't want to risk my own rollator in the baggage hold of the aircraft. So I rented one from Emerald for the duration of my stay. They delivered it to my hotel and collected it afterwards. Equipment and service was excellent. Thank you.”

“Great experience with Emerald Rentals. I took an 8 foot fall just before a scheduled trip to Ireland and I needed a wheelchair to get around. David was incredible in helping to make sure I had the chair when and where I needed it. Their drop off and pick up service worked great. David had the chair at one hotel when I got there and picked it up at another hotel as I was leaving town. The chair was new, high quality and worked great. I hope I don't need the service again, but I know who I can trust for this type of service if I do. Thanks for your Irish hospitality!! I very much appreciate it.”

“David was amazing with the delivery. He was very communicative and professional. This service was extremely helpful and if needed, I will be booking again. Thank you!”

“Great service. Rental delivered and collected in great time, quality product, explanations given on how to use. Highly recommend!”

“Exceptional customer service!!! I was contacted directly to arrange drop off at a hotel that is usually out of their service area since they were unable to deliver when I arrived at the airport. Further communication was via WhatsApp. They checked in on me during my rental. And once again they were accommodating when I needed to change pickup location at the end of the rental. I highly recommend Emerald Rentals.”

“This was a wonderful service. My dad has advanced Parkinson's and Dublin proved too difficult for him. We booked a wheel chair last minute. Someone texted me right away and was able to deliver a wheel chair right to our hotel faster than I thought possible. They were nice and checked in with me the next day. I was able to leave the chair with hotel staff for pickup. This could not have been easier and it was more affordable than I expected.”

We will definitely be using their services again in the future!”

“I was in need of a last minute wheelchair and walker rental for a client coming to Dublin. I had the great fortune to be referred to Emerald Rentals. The communication from start to finish was excellent. I was contacted regarding the delivery details, again when the equipment was delivered, and then again to confirm my client received everything. GREAT experience and I can highly recommend them for all your medical rental needs.”

“Thanks to Emerald rentals use of their portable scooter i was able to enjoy Dublin as well as the cliffs of Mohar with my family, otherwise I could not have kept up or went on vacation at all, turns out they had to keep up with me instead. The portable scooter kept a good charge and handled hills well”

“David of the rental company was professional and friendly. The walker and wheelchair were clean and easy to maneuver. Renting them instead of bringing with us on the plane was a great choice.”

“David was great to work with during my recent trip. Having such a reliable scooter to see the sites of Dublin allowed for an amazing first visit to Ireland. Should I require a scooter on future visits I would not hesitate to arrange another rental. Thank you for great communication and a reliable scooter during my stay.”

“Agent very helpful to accommodate delivery times to suit our holiday arrival and departure times. Rollator in perfect condition.”

“Such a great service! We rented a wheelchair for a week in Ireland. It was very helpful, especially for touring some of the cities. It fit in the trunk of our rental car. “David provided an absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. His personal attention really stood out — he delivered the wheelchair directly to my mum’s house and patiently took the time to show us exactly how everything worked. The wheelchair itself was excellent quality, and David even checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure everything was going well. When we realised we needed it for a little longer, he was extremely accommodating and extended the rental at a very fair price, with no attempt whatsoever to take advantage of the situation. A genuinely caring, professional and trustworthy service. I couldn’t recommend David highly enough. Five stars!”

“Quel service exceptionnel ! M’étant faite une vilaine entorse au début de mon séjour irlandais, j’ai réservé dans la voiture en direction de Dublin. 2 heures plus tard une chaise roulante m’attendait à la réception de mon hôtel. Grâce au service de David, j’ai pu profiter pleinement de mon séjour ! Service simple, rapide et efficace ! Merci encore !”

“I traveled to Dublin with my 79-year-old Mom. She struggles walking far distances, so I rented a walker for her, but changed my mind the second day after assessing the surroundings better and requested a swap for a wheelchair. I reached out to Emerald Rentals, and David was very helpful and able to get a wheelchair delivered for us. The delivery to our hotel was very efficient. We rented a collapsible wheelchair which worked out perfect. David stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well or if we had any questions. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating everywhere we went during our stay. The train system was easy to navigate with the wheelchair. The Irish Rail employees were helpful with boarding and exiting the train. Passengers on the Luas were extremely friendly and helpful and would offer their seats to my Mom. Some of the businesses we visited during our stay were Guinness, Jameson, Fitzsimons Temple Bar, O’Shea’s Merchant, Celtic Nights Dinner & Show, and Bad Ass Cafe. All of the places were very accommodating to us with the wheelchair and friendly employees. Overall, our experience was great and I highly recommend David and Emerald Rentals if you have any wheelchair/walker needs while visiting Dublin.”

“The wheelchair was very good. I ordered the light one so that it was easier to travel with it during our time in Dublin. They assigned us a person that kept in touch with us and asked if everything was alright and he brought and picked up the wheelchair as well. He was super nice, flexible and ready to help. We had a very nice experience. Mostly because we needed flexibility with the days and pick up time and that's what we got. We are very happy and would definitely consider renting something here again if we need to.”

“I had an excellent experience with Cloud of Goods. With just two weeks' notice after my elderly father suffered an Achilles tendon injury, they arranged delivery of an ultra-light mobility scooter directly to our Dublin city centre hotel - making what could have been a very difficult trip completely manageable. The scooter itself was fantastic: lightweight, quick, and nimble enough to navigate Dublin's busy streets with ease. It was especially ideal for the Guinness Storehouse tour, which was the highlight of our visit. We were also pleasantly surprised at how convenient it was in everyday use - it folded away easily, allowing us to take it into pubs and restaurants without any hassle. Communication throughout was clear and efficient, with David providing great support and reassurance at every step. I would highly recommend Cloud of Goods to anyone needing mobility equipment while travelling - they truly made our trip possible.”

“After we received our wheelchair delivered to the hotel, we noticed it had a pretty good crack in one of the bars we called right away, and they hand-delivered us a new one while we were strolling the streets of Dublin. Now that’s what I call quality service.”

“Scooter breaks down easy into 5 manageable pieces, which saved me from a hernia! Travels welk. We took it everywhere.. It gave my wife so much more freedom! This scooter made our trip! My wife was able to engage and enjoy in so many more adventures, instead of watching from a distance. David and staff have been very accommodating and informative.”
