When a guest asks “where can I rent a wheelchair?”, we want that to be an easy answer for your front desk. Mobility aids and baby gear delivered straight to your reception, in your guest's name, ready when they arrive.

Our side
We deliver, label, and collect.
- Range. We maintain and grow a curated selection of mobility and baby gear, adding new equipment each season based on what guests actually ask for.
- Communication. As soon as a booking lands, we open a line with the guest. Confirmation, delivery time, any questions about fit. All handled before they arrive, so reception isn't troubleshooting at check-in.
- Delivery. Most equipment arrives at reception the night before check-in. Same-day delivery is usually feasible too. Tell us by midday and we'll do our best.
- Tagging and desk-slip. Each item is labelled with the guest's name, dates and reservation reference. A short desk-slip stays at reception for team handover, so whoever is on shift when the guest arrives has everything they need.
- Collection. On check-out day we collect from reception, typically the same evening.
- How guests book. All bookings happen through the website. Today that means motion4rent (mobility) and Cloud of Goods (baby gear); direct booking on emeraldrentals.ie launches soon. We can't take phone bookings just yet, though we're open to changing that if it's a blocker.
- Looking ahead. For hotels open to a closer working relationship, we offer branded flyers, QR codes for in-room cards, and over time can explore stocking a small reserve of equipment on-site that we maintain ourselves. The goal: making accessibility seamless for your guests, especially those with mobility or family-travel needs.
