Emeraldrentals.ie does not currently take direct bookings or payments. Rentals are placed through our partner platforms — Cloud of Goods and Motion4Rent — who handle the booking, payment, and customer communications. When you book through one of those partners, your data is collected and processed by them under their privacy policies; we receive only the operational details we need to deliver your equipment (your name, contact details, hotel address, dates, and the equipment ordered).
If you contact us directly via the website (enquiry form, contact email, WhatsApp), Emerald Rentals is the data controller for that interaction and the rest of this policy applies.
